Smith’s Ready for Delta_Tyler “Tj” Smith set to run 41st show of the year

Tyler Tj Smith is slated to head into Delta Speedway Saturday making his 41st show of the season in search of his 21st victory.

Race number 12 at Delta marks his 13th appearance alto the San Joaquin county fairground in 2018 with 7 wins. Of his 7 wins no one will soon forget his dual triumph on August 4th when he won both the super 600 and Non-Wing class on the same night. Sarale too has proven to be one of the next big names to watch as he swept the super 600 and Non-Wing classes the very next race after Smith. Sarale finds himself with a chance as the points Championship has two races remaining.

Smith comes into Delta Speedway this weekend with the chance to win his 21st race of the season. Out of 40 shows Ran so far Smith currently boasts a 2.95 average finish, average. It’s been a banner year for Smith as he is on a quest to capture 3 track championships and two series titles on the same calendar year. With one box already checked for California Speedweek, and King of California, Lemoore Raceway, and Plaza Park nearly out of reach for the competition, Delta remains his number 1 focus.
