Stock Class Returns to West Coast Micro Sprint Tracks

Sprint Car Insider Exclusive. VISALIA, Ca. (November 29, 2018)

It’s back.

That’s right, the rumors are true, the Stock class is coming back.

Lemoore and Keller Auto Raceway are proud to announce that we have teamed up to host the return of the Super Stock 600 class.

Beginning at the start of 2019, the Super Stock 600 class will contest in a series across both tracks, as part of an independent championship, with its own separate points purse.

The technical rules will mirror that of the current Restricted Class with the exceptions that any fuel delivery will be allowed; and the required weight will be 750ibs. There is no age limit to the Super Stock Class, but the the eligibility requirement remains 13 years of age to participate. Drivers with more than two years experience are eligible at age 12.

Technical inspection on the Super Stock 600 Class will consistently be performed by the same team at every event. The Super Stock 600 class is slated to run at each points paying race held at both Lemoore, and Keller Auto Raceway, in 2019, and the tech team will remain in place at each event to uphold expectations, ensure consistency, and maintain reliability.

Ever since the last departure of a stock class in this region there has been a calling for its return. The day has finally come. The west coast will again host an affordable, competitive, and lucrative stock wing class to contest in on two of the nations premier Micro Sprint facilities.

Starting in 2019 at Lemoore and Keller Auto Raceway the Super Stock Class is here to stay.

Make sure to follow both race tracks, and be on the lookout for Super Stock social media pages and visit their websites for complete details and information regarding all events.
