Prodigy Race Promotions on Sprint Car Insider. Driver Exclusive. STOCKTON, Calif. (August 31, 2019) – Jeffrey Pahule Jr enters the Labor Day tradition Dual at Delta with momentum on his side.

In the last two races at Delta Speedway he has finished well inside the top 5. Two races ago he climbed 8 spots to earn the runner up Position. Last race, just two weeks ago, he finished 4th. However, also two weeks ago he did not have a single event on track where he finished outside the top 5.

Today he comes into Delta Speedway sitting 4th in points, just 42 markers out of the top spot. Overall at Delta he’s raced 10 times, with 5 top 5’s, 9 top 10’s, and 2 podiums. There is only one more stat line to complete. Jeffrey Pahule jr is lookin to add that coveted Delta Speedway victory to his resume.

In 2019 all together Pahule has 29 features under his belt with 3 wins, 12 podiums, 16 top 5’s, and 24 top 10’s. Up until two races ago he also lead the Restricted standings at Dixon Speedway. Currently he is still steadily in the title picture, just 10 points out of the lead, with four races remaining.

Last weekend at Dixon Speedway Pahule brought home another top 5 with his fourth place finish. Unfortunately the driver he’s battling with for the title grabbed the win and the margin went from two points when the night began, to ten points as we stand today.

His night at Dixon began with 8th quick in qualifying which has proven to be his Achilles heel this year judging by how many cars he’s passed in feature event action. He was able to get his night turned around with a heat race win that advanced him into the trophy dash where he finished 5th. That 5th place finish in the dash set him up to start the 20-lap feature from the inside of the third row.

Pahule was able to grab one spot and finish the main event fourth, keeping him in the title hunt. There is still four rounds remaining, and Pahule is well within striking distance. The title is no where near out of reach. But tonight the focus lies at Delta.

Starting tonight the Dual at Delta presents two opportunities to grab a win on the San Joaquin County fairgrounds. Tonight counts as race 11 in the Delta Speedway track championship series, and tomorrow Race 12. This championship is too, going down to the wire. However the focus with the 44x is all about grabbing a win.

Winning at Delta, the most contentious track in the Golden State, would mean more than anything this year to Pahule Family Racing. It’s been the goal since the year kicked off and it remains the goal today. This weekend presents as good a chance as ever with the momentum Jr has with him right now.

Win number four of 2019 is on the line tonight for Jeffrey Pahule jr. Can he grab his illustrious first career Delta Speedway Restricted class victory during the Labor Day Traditional Dual at Delta?
